Geneva/Lausanne, Switzerland job: SIEBEL CRM Solution Delivery Lead/Manager

Long term contract (6 months initially + extensions) for a SIEBEL CRM Solution Delivery Lead/Manager to join our existing team of consultants at our multinational client site in the french speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva/Lausanne)

Responsibilities

§ Manage/coordinate the resources, both internal (Business Analysts, Tech specialists) and external (integrator resources responsible for delivery based on signed off user requirements specifications).

§ Drive functional and technical quality assurance process (design review, configuration review, etc.).

§ Provide expert functional and technical content on solution delivered, manage and resolve associated issues.

§ Provide input on planning activities, monitor and control delivery of detailed solution delivery tasks against plan.

Skills & Experience Required

§ Prior pharmaceutical experience a must.

§ At least 3-5 years of experience on Siebel CRM projects in a similar role, with focus on SFA and BI.

§ Strong prior experience as senior functional/technical lead or application development lead.

§ Good understanding of CRM systems architecture and infrastructure.

§ Experience of full project life cycle and global system roll-out.

§ Experience of managing integrator and working within outsourcing/offshoring models.

§ Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to articulate complex functional or technical issues.

§ English fluency a must. Another European language (French, German, Spanish) a big plus.
