The perfect candidate should have:

* 1+ years experience designing software solutions from idea to implementation, including object oriented design
* 2+ years experience in object oriented programming (C# would be a major advantage)
* At least basic knowledge of UML
* Experience in software quality assurance
* Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
* Experience working or interest in quantitative analyses, financial, engineering or science projects (would be an advantage)
* Degree in sciences, mathematics, engineering or computer science (would be an advantage)

In order to be able to:

* Identify requirements based on client needs or internal idea for a software
* Translate requirements into a system architecture or software design
* Write reusable software based on requirements and design
* Assure quality of software, by writing test cases against requirements and conducting tests

And also:

* Improve team's performance using smart software engineering
* Be part of the team on analytical assignments - financial engineering and mathematical modeling (would be a major advantage)
