Wien, Austria job: Cognos Application Manager

Our client - a subsidiary of a large Austrian bank - is specialised in the IT support of the affiliated foreign banks.

In this interesting position you will be responsible for the set up and improvement of Incident, Change and Release Management. Furthermore you will implement IT Service Management in this field and you will track and analyse groupwide roll out processes. The preparation of standard reports will also be part of your tasks.

As our ideal candidate, you should have a degree in IT and have gained experience in a comparable position or as Project Manager. You should be familiar with reporting systems (Cognos or Hyperion) and databases (Oracle). Furthermore you should be able to speak English on a professional level. Would you describe yourself as a trouble shooter, process and customer oriented person - are you communicative, assertive and teamoriented?
